For six years, Ay thrived as a practice manager in the animal care industry, driven by her passion to be more closely connected with the animals she adored. Her destiny took a magical turn when she met Ghost pepper, a lionhead mix rabbit, during a routine wellness exam at her facility. In that enchanted moment, a profound bond was formed, revealing Ayieta's ability to calm and connect with Ghost pepper's timid demeanor.

As more bunnies began to seek her care, Ay discovered her unique talent for soothing and bonding with small creatures, especially in challenging grooming situations. This realization led her to become a certified rabbit groomer, training with one of the nation's foremost authorities on small animal grooming.

Ayieta's magical touch soon attracted the attention of dog and cat owners, who sought her special care for their furry friends. Embracing this new challenge, Ay expanded her expertise to include dog grooming, continuously honing her skills and soon cat grooming will be added to her repertoire.  Ayleen, the senior grooming wizard at Fluff U, hails from Mexico, where her love for animals first blossomed as she cared for a large pack of dogs. After moving to the US, Ayleen began her journey in the world of animal care at a local vet clinic, where she found a kindred spirit in Ayieta, the founder of Fluff U.
