- Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a return label at no cost to you.
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to any other reason, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return to confirm it is in the same condition as shipped.
